Rottweiler, pit bull ban delayed
He had never bitten a soul, his owner said.
Even so, neighbors had complained the dog was aggressive and dangerous. But Madison resident Bonnie Johnson insists that before he died a few weeks ago, her ailing pit bull had never bitten anyone.
